Privacy Policy

This page describes, in plain terms, what data this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. It's issued by Red Airship Holdings Pte Ltd ("Red Airship", "we", "us"), the company behind Blip. We don't sell personal data.

By using this site, you're agreeing to this policy. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and flag the change here.

1. What we collect

  • Usage analytics (Google Analytics 4): pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, and how visitors move through the site. This helps us understand what's working.
  • Session replay (LogRocket): recordings of how visitors interact with pages — clicks, scrolling, and content entered into forms — used to debug issues and improve usability.
  • Chat and marketing (HubSpot): the on-site chat widget, and any information you submit through our forms (name, email, company, message), used to follow up with you and, where you've agreed to it, for marketing email.
  • Campaign attribution: UTM parameters and ad click identifiers (for example Google's gclid, Meta's fbclid, LinkedIn's li_fat_id) from the link you used to arrive here are stored in your browser's local storage — not on our servers — so that if you submit a form, we can tell which marketing campaign it came from.
  • Advertising pixels: loaded through Google Tag Manager, these may include Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn pixels, used to measure ad performance and show relevant ads.
  • Server-side ad measurement (Meta Conversions API): if you submit a demo form and haven't opted out, your email and phone number are hashed on our server — never sent in plain text — and forwarded to Meta so it can match your submission to ad performance. Opting out of advertising cookies stops this too.

2. Why we're allowed to process this

For analytics, session replay, and advertising, we rely on your consent, given through the cookie preferences tool below. For chat and form submissions, we process your data to respond to your enquiry. Where you've agreed to marketing email, that's also consent, and you can withdraw it at any time without affecting anything we did before you withdrew it.

3. Your choices

You can opt out of advertising cookies at any time using the link in the footer. Opting out stops the Google Tag Manager container from loading on future page views, which stops the Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn advertising pixels along with Google Analytics 4 usage analytics, since GA4 also runs inside that container. Session replay and chat continue to operate either way, since they're separate from Tag Manager and are needed to run and support this site rather than to advertise to you.

4. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To do this, email hello@redairship.com and we'll get back to you within 1-2 days.

5. How long we keep data

  • Usage analytics: 2 months by default (up to 14 months if we extend the setting), per Google Analytics' retention rules.
  • Session replay recordings: 30 days, then deleted automatically.
  • Chat and form submissions: kept for 12 months or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
  • Campaign attribution data in local storage: cleared when you clear your browser storage, or automatically after 90 days.

6. Where your data goes

Some of the tools we use, including Google Analytics, HubSpot, LogRocket, Meta, and LinkedIn, store data outside Singapore. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer for cross-border transfers. You can read their own privacy policies here: Google · HubSpot · LogRocket · Meta · LinkedIn.

We may also share information where required by law, or where we believe in good faith it's necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.

7. Keeping your data secure

We take reasonable steps to protect the data we hold, including encryption in transit and hashing of sensitive fields (as described above for Meta Conversions API). No internet transmission is ever fully secure, so please bear this in mind when submitting information to us.
